    Mexican Lager Extract Recipe

    Hey I was wondering if you guys have some ideas for making a mexican lager with extracts (not counting the coopers or muntons kits). I'd love to hear some ideas. I see from some recipies I seen online liberty hops are used as well as mexican lager yeast.

    Just got a cornie keg, question though...

    Hey guys, I just got a cornie keg and I was wondering about using the keg (or kegs once I buy another one) for secondary fermentation. Do they work good for that? Do you need some kind of airlock for that? Sorry I'm new to the whole kegging thing but I'm really excited.

    Hey guys, I have a northern brewer german helles kit. It has been in my lagering fridge for 8 weeks. I forgot to transfer it for secondary fermentation. Is it still good?

    Using a coffee bean grinder for Specialty Grains

    Hi, I'm new to this forum. I have a northern brewer irish stout kit. It has a bag of roasted barley. It needs to be crushed. I dont have a grain mill but I have a coffee bean grinder. Would that be ok?
