    How does the whole Soda Keg thing work?

    I am curious about soda kegs. Do I ferment my beer in them and then hook them up to a kegerator? Or do I transfer fermented beer into them? Are they easy to clean? What is the whole O ring or seal thing about? Advantages/Disadvantages? Any help is appreciated.

    Belgium Tripel low initial OG

    So I decided to brew what would be my second batch this weekend. I went with the Brewer's Best Belgium Tripel. I am a little worried that I may have screwed up my batch. Without realizing it, I added a little under a half gallon more water than suggested. There is 5.5 instead of 5 gallons...
