    Fermenting in Poland Springs bottles

    Ok, I feel like this is a stupid questions that's opening myself up for a lambasting...but let me add my disclaimer now, I'm not "planning" on doing this, just wondering if it's a good/bad idea. Can you ferment in a Poland Spring type water bottle?? What are the pros/cons of it??
