    Still fermenting?

    BIAB with AG Recipe ?

    I'm fairly new to the BIAB method, Ive got two brews in so far. Two SMaSH brews and they came out better then most of my extract brews have. My question is, can I take any AG recipe and apply it to BIAB or will some adjustments need to be made? Thank you for any replies.

    Sweetness

    Just did my first all grain batch. At the beginning of the boil I added 2.5 pounds of corn sugar. The gravity sample that I tasted was very sweet. After fermentation, will some of the sweetness balance out with others flavors?

    hydrometer is off

    Brewing w/ no grains?

    How will a brew come out with no grains.. just boiling 2.5 gallons and adding the LME, DME and a couple additions of hops, then topping off and pitching? Im NOT thinking of doing this.. someone I know told me he was going to try and as a beginner myself.. something just didn't sound right.

    Am I wrong?..

    Brewing from an extract kit, am I wrong to strain the wort from the pot to primary? To make it a little more clearer, the grains were steeped for 25 mins in a bag, then removed. Then started the 60 min boil. The hops is what I strained while pouring into the primary.

    Pails...carboys..???

    Obviously I'm new to this so sorry if this had already been asked. What route should I go... a pail for primary and carboy for secondary..or can secondary be done with an additional pail.. or should I go with two carboys? Also, can I get opinions on using Brewers Best ingredient kits...
