    Olive oil ?

    I just saw a thread in the General section about adding Olive oil to beer, but did not see much on the addition to mead. Has anyone here used it to help in fermentation ? If so when do you add it ? During the steep of the honey or when the yeast is pitched ?

    Secret Beer recipe ?

    Is it just me or does anyone else keep their own great beer recipe a secret. Do you have that one beer recipe that is so good that you want to keep it to yourself and have on tap only at your place? Personaly I have a Old ale and a mead that I just love and cant see sharing the recipe lol . :D

    So I have this brew that I am wondering if it can be considered a Braggot. It has half honey, half malt plus some fruit added. And going to use some wine yeast. It should run about +-6% ABV. So would this be a small Braggot ?
