    Does anyone have opinions reguarding Listermann's ingredient kits. I'm thinking about ordering from them and would like to hear from anyone whose used them. Another question, If I want to add honey to a batch should I put it in the boil?

    Will chilled homebrew skunk?

    I'm thinking about kegging my next batch but I'm not sure I will use it all in one session. The keg will take up alot of room in the fridge and my wife won't like it at all. So my question is, if I let it come to room temp after being chilled is it going to ruin all my hard work and taste bad...

    Mini CO2 enough for kegging?

    I'm new to this and I don't anticipate using a keg very often since I don't have a kegerator. I do have some extra corny kegs though. I'm wondering if I keg my next batch and get the fitttings, faucet and one of those mini CO2 things is that enough? Do I have to have a regulator? Thanks.
