    adding chocolate

I let the wife decide on what to do with a stout. She picked chocolate raspberry. I have the raspberry extract, but not sure how or what kind of chocolate to add. What have you had good experience with? What amount is appropriate for a stout with another flavor involved? thanks in advance

    Bottling dilema

My dilema is this, the wife and I will be going to stay with some friends for 2 nights starting sept. 8th and I would like to take them a gift of some of my brew. They have had my brew before(they lived next door before moving out of town) and they tend to like the odd things I make. I...

Does anyone have any experience building a kegerator from scratch? I got a cheap little mini fridge and was thinking of building a cabinet and moving the compressor and coils and all the pieces from the fridge to the cabinet.

    Build from scratch.

I got my hands on a really cheap mini fridge, but its only big enough for one keg and that doesn't work for me. I don't want to waste it, and was thinking of just building a cabinet from scratch and moving the business parts onto said cabinet. Good thing I work in a cabinet shop. Does...

    What to replace extract with.

I have a recipe for a chocolate trappist that calls for 8lbs of Mountmelick irish stout extract. I don't know if this is a dry or liquid extract and what to replace it with. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appriciated. ~erkwist
