    Help with Bluebonnet entry form!

    Im entering a beer into the fruit beer category and on the entry form it asks for special ingredients and brewing techniques. What all should I include? Ingredients and their schedule in the boil? Priming sugar? Date of brew and bottling? Just confused on what all to include. Thanks for the help.

    Totally missed my OG. What happened?

    Followed this recipe for the extract version: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/imperial-ipa-recipe-13758/index2.html#post129699 OG came out to 1.040 and a abv of 5%. First time Ive been off like this, but also the first time I did a 90min boil. How could I have undershot it by so much?
