    My DunkelWeizen is a week old in the tub. Activity has just about ceased. I took a hydro reading and its at 1.010. OG was 1.040. I tasted it just for kicks.     Going to brew my Dunkel tomorrow. Wanna start my yeast now. Best recommendation on pack is letting pack activate for 24 hours after smack. Should I let it sit out at room temp or stay in the fridge for this time frame?
