    Lagering malt

    I have had a question put to me from my cousin who also is doing homebrew beer. He has a recipe that calls for lagering malt and neither one of us have heard of lagering malt. Could someone please explain what this is and where you find it? Greg

    Nut Brown Ale

    I have a can of Munton's Nut Brown Ale. I was just wondering what the starting SG should be?? I would like this ale to be around 5% AVB but I don't want the cider taste from adding a bunch of sugar. I'm using Munton's active brewing yeast in the yellow packs. I do have 3 lbs of unhopped light...
