    First AG Batch Went Smooth

    Bottling question

    I am currently making a fruit American ale. I have had in a secondary fermentation for about a week now simply because I have been swamped. I brewed it about 2 weeks or so ago. Did I wait too long to bottle it in order to carbonate? Thanks Eddie

    Cooling time

    I just finished my second batch today. A Cherry American Ale. After the boil I was able to cool the wort to 75 degrees in 11 minutes. Is this fast enough or do I need to improve. Thanks Eddie
