    Stopped bubbling within the first 24 hours.

    We just brewed our second batch ever, first with steeping grains last night. It's a Scottish 60 kit from Northern Brewer. Everything seemed fine at the end, and it started bubbling pretty heavily within the first few hours. Checked on it just a minute ago, and there's no activity whatsoever...

    Are hop bags reusable?

    If so, should they be washed between uses? I'm looking at a recipe that uses specialty grains for steeping and hops, so I'm just wondering if I can use the same bag after each usage.

    Question regarding Scottish 60 from NB and its boil time.

    So this is my second batch of beer, but first time using steeping grains. The instructions seem unclear to me in regards to the boil time. It describes an initial 60 minute boil of the fermentables, and then a 60 minute boil of the hops as well. Is this a second boil, or is it just one boil...
