    Infection!

    So I've been brewing for a few months and have been pretty meticulous with sanitation, but apparently I've got an infection. I took a couple pics, and I was wondering if anybody could identify it. Its pretty freaky looking.

    Will these work with CO2?

    Hey all, So my buddy saw these tanks that are used for oxygen, and we were wondering if he got these, if we could use them for CO2 for kegging? If not, is there a good way to oxygenate our wort with them? Thanks.

    Help with getting Fermentation Temps lower

    Ok here goes.... Up to this point, I've "brewed" two batches, the first one was the quick and dirty no boil prepackaged wort by "The Brew House," and the style was IPA. It fermented vigorously, apparently at too high of a temp, even for Coopers dry yeast, and after a couple weeks in the bottle...
