    about to bottle

    so i have a gallon of sweet cider from the recipe section that im about to bottle. the fg was at 1.00 when i cold crashed it 2 days ago. i siphone the 2 gallons i made into a single gallon "due to the massive amount of yeast left at the bottom". see my post "what in gods name happend" for pics...

    hey guys i just made my 1st batch of graff and was wondering if 80 degree's is too warm. it started bubbling within 6-8 hours and is on 26 hours and still constant. i just put it into a swamp cooler and the water temp is about 68 degrees so im hoping this will bring the graff temp down some. i...
