    What is this infected with and can I turn it into something worth drinking??

    This is supposed to be a hoppy APA but after racking away from the dry hops this white growth started up. I am not ready to dump it quite yet but was wondering if anyone knows what it could be??

    Belgian Dubbel with a ton of yeast in the bottle??

    Nuts in my brew!!! (not those nuts!!!)

    Anyone ever include nuts in your brew?? I am looking to make a nut brown ale and would like to add some hazelnuts and a few others to increase the nutty character. I was thinking of giving them a light toasting before using them in the brew, maybe at the end of the boil?? Any thoughts would...

    Close call on the bottling line...

    Bottled a Imperial Pale Ale today at around 8% alc. I made the switch from doing 5gal batches to 10 gal batches and am still having problems adjusting my measurements accordingly. So anyways... I bottled this beer with only 3/4 cup of corn sugar in 10 gallons of beer!!!! Capped them before...

    Diacetyl Go Away!!!!

    I have a lager in secondary. It has gone through 2 weeks Primary, 72 hrs D-rest at 65-70F and is now lagering at around 50F. There is still a heavy presence of Diacetyl fruitiness in the beer. Will this go away with longer lagering or did I do something wrong??

    Hey all. Just started the brewing operation which seemed to take forever to setup. Finally my brew partner and I are neck deep in all grain brewing (with no shortcuts), nothing against extracts but we just don't use them, may however start using them for bottling/kegging in the near future...
