    Carbonation

    Okay, bottled three batches close to the same time. IPA, & Munich turned out great, however Red Ale isn't carbonating ! Priming sugar is not the problem. Same bottles as the previous two. What could possibly be the cause,and how to fix it ? (all 3 weeks in the bottle)

    White Spots

    Well after a string of good luck I'm now running into some trouble. I have a batch of Red Ale that has been in the secondary for 12 days and just noticed (happened in the last couple of days) small white spots have appeared at the top. There are lots of them , they are small, and it's happened...

    Suspended particles

    Hi, Four days ago my Pilsner went into the secondary and I've just noticed a lot of "half rice size" particles suspended (not on top) in the beer. They don't seem to be settling and if anything are becoming more numerous. Should I be concerned ?
