    IPA grainbill - check this

    hey, got some ringwood yeast, going to do an IPA that is kinda 60 minute IPA-ish. not looking for anything super close. also have never used victory... when i drink 60 minute IPA i get lots of malt though everyone else says it's hoppy, kinda raisiny and bready. not much hops...maybe my hops...

    diacetyl from infection...

    i'm curious about an off flavor that i think is diacetyl. it's in a beer that i hadn't noticed it in before. i don't have my notes in front of me but i think the beer is 2-3 months in the bottle. i've noticed it in other beers too. the first beer me and a friend brewed had tons of this flavor...

    WL burton yeast start just took off.
