    How long in secondary?

How long is a good time for a brew to stay in the 2ndary? Im brewing a beligain white hoegarden clone. Is it normal for the top to be a lot lighter then the bottom, I know its going to take time for the beer to settle but i have two cornys coming in about a week so would it be ok to transfer...

    bubbles slowing down

So my primary has been fermenting for only 36 hours and the time between bubbles is about 15-20 seconds, if by tomorrow its a minute should i go ahead and transfer to the carboy? or just wait the full week even though there will be no activity by then?
