    how long to clear in a keg

    my batch in the keg is still cloudy after 17 days ...........how much longer will it take! .......my other batch of the same lager which i bottled cleared after 4-5 days...its in a king keg top tap so i would have thought it would have started to clear abit seem as its being drawn off from the top!

    bad smell

    out of date kits!

    i bought a couple of kits online at a certain homebrew shop i wont mention and they are practically out of date...i got a brupaks special lager kit which includes the yeast,hops and canned extract and the yeast is like 2 months out of date ..its a sachet of saflager s 23 yeast..and the canned...

    have i ruined my beer

    ive just kegged my beer and noticed it was leaking from the tap (kingkeg top tap barrel) so i had to tilt the barrell and stick my hand in to tighten the nut,ive had to do it twice....my hand was in touch with the brew.id sterilized it about 5 mins before but im worried ive buggered me brew...

    keg it or stick in secondry

    this is my first atempt.......i got a muntons premium santas winter warmer on the go...ive had it in primary for a week and wondered what to do with it.........should i just prime it with 70g of dried malt extract and rack it to a barrel for 3 weeks and see how it goes.....or could i stick it...

    co2 for a kingkeg top tap

    any one know what equipment i need to get started with the king keg....im in the uk so if anyone can point us in the right direction ...does anyone have one of these with a co2 setup ...any info will be much apprieciated!....cheers!:)
