    Another slow Cider fermentation post

My ciders OG was 1.052. I pitched with Notty. Two weeks later air lock action is non-apparent and my gravity is 1.021. Do I pitch another pack of Notty or shake carboy and take another reading in a week? I was hoping to have this kegged and serve for Thanksgiving.

Just about to start the boil on my first AG!!

Things have gone fairly well so far. I missed my mash temp a bit due to temp loss durnig the hour... but I am not freaking, I know the rest of the evening will go great. Nothing a homebrew or 2 can't fix.

I plan to do my first PM tomorrow. (AHB IPA #1) I will be mashing on my stovetop but then eventually need to get everything into my 15 gallon brew pot to continue with a full boil outside. I am starting to get confused with the logistics of the operation; any suggestions from the brewing gods?

    Yeast Starter Question

I successfully made my first starter about 36 hours ago and had planned on brewing later today. However the weather has gone south (go figure I live in Wisconsin) and I am rethinking my plan. Do I need to worry if I back off brew day until tomorrow??
