    New Problem... beer goes bang

    Um HELP!!

    I brewed an American Wheat nine days ago, the OG was 1.044 and it took nine days to ferment with a FG of 1.008. I racked to secondary and added cranberry extract, and now its ferminting again an about to come out of the secondary. What should I do next.....

    Is it dead????

    Well I bottled my first batch last saturday night and tried one today. There wasn't hardly any carbonation. I know your supposed to leave it in the bottles for three weeks, but I couldn't wait any longer. Will it carbonate more over the next two weeks?:tank:

    Here we go first batch !!

    Well as of lastnight at one in the morning my dormant container sprung to life. Our brew time was about 4 hours from starting the water to siphoning into the stage one. About 2 hours after setting the airlock there was a subtle churning at the top, and when we got up this morning... HOLY COW it...
