    Accidentaly boiled my malts while trying to steep

    I am making a pilsner urquell, with some grains and some extract. The grains were supposed to steep at 150 for 20 min. I accidently got them boiling, they boiled for about 2-5 min before I notices and I took it off the heat and cooled it with some iced distilled water. what is this going to do...

    First off you guys here are great. Trial by error would take a long time to get things right.     Added more yeast

    I just put up my 1st batch. Sat.24th. Today 27 still no action. I used Muntons dry yeast. everything sanitized etc. put it in a cup with some clean water at 75 degrees, let it set for 10-15 min. added some cooled wort, while my wort was cooling. I saw a few tiny bubbles before I pitched it...
