    Pilsner Help

    I'm doing my first Pilsner and I was wonder if the fermentation looks the same as an ale? It's been sitting at 47 degrees for 21 hours now. I did a yeast starter and oxygenated the wort. Thanks for your Help.

    Sorachi Ace/German Pilsner?

    I'm brewing a German Pilsner this weekend and was wondering what everyone thinks about trying Sorachi Ace hops in it. Boil, Flavor, and aroma. I know this won't be to style, but I have never used Sorachi Ace and was thinking the lemon attributes might work will well with it.

    WLP800 Pilsner Lager Yeast

    I'm going to be using WLP800 Pilsner Lager Yeast for the first time and, I was wondering what's the coldest some of you have been able to ferment at. I've heard rumors that some people have been able to do it at 45*F.
