Yo! Long time lurker, finally signed up though and figured I'd at least post the cursory hello. I've brewed off and on for about 15 years but just recently got back in to all grain with a 10.5 Anvil Foundry. Still figuring out the system (lots of reading here on this forum that has helped!) but...
