i just pitched a WLP1056 into a starter, it really wreaked of sulfur as soon as i opened it. it ballooned about 2 days ago and i figured i had to get it in some wort tonight, but has it already gone bad. strong strong sulfur smell... useable?

so ive done two williams brewing kits, first holiday ale and triple hop ale is fermenting away right now, the holiday ale is getting better (its at about 5 weeks which is youngish for beer with honey i gather) but it lacks... balls... so my theory is that i'll combine the next kit (porter)...
