    Wyeast 1318 - krausen dropped in 2 days

    Brewed an American brown ale with homegrown dried chinook hops added at FWH, 30, 10 and 5 of a 90 minute boil. I pitched a 1 liter starter and had vigorous activity within 10 hours.
