    Sleep Talkin'

    I'm sure many of you have heard of this guy, but for those who haven't.... http://sleeptalkinman.blogspot.com/ I think it's a bit amusing. I have a 4 1/2 year old son that sometimes talks in his sleep. It's hilarious. Sometimes he will respond if you talk to him while he is doing it.

    Just wrapped a brew session...

    I had planed on brewing on Sunday, but decided at 9:30ish and brew on Sat. night. Got everything together, and organized, and started a brew session. Couple of firsts this session...first full boil, first time using wort chiller, and using a couple new varieties of hops I've never used before...

    I stopped by the beer store...

    About to bottle my Apfelwein

    I am going to carb half of the batch, and leave the other half still. In order to carb the 2.5 gallons, I would use 3/8 cup corn sugar dissolved and boiled in a cup of water....Is that accurate? My apologies for sounding dumb.
