    Leftover cooked apple pulp uses?

    Every week the place I work at making apple butter (& sausage, etc) ends up with 3-5 pounds of leftover cooked apple pulp (from Gala apples) that doesn't go through our metal strainer. Is there any way to ferment or distill this? Thanks!
