I'm about to add some ball valves to my keggle and brew pot. I have a march pump that I am incorporating into my system and have ran into a snag. I can do 1/2" valves and barbs, but my CFC has the 5/16 copper. Should I snag 3/8" barbs and tubing for the system? I was about to order some things...

I have been brewing 10 gallon batches for about 4-5 months now and noticed something for the first time. The wort is two completely different colors in the carboys. Anyone ever experience this? I am guessing it is just the cold break that settled more while siphoning. :confused:

Does anyone have any info on grain storage in this lovely humid ohio weather? Is there any thing I can do to protect my grain? Right now it is in homer buckets from Home Depot, will that be enough to combat the swamp air?

Does anyone have any experience with a 15 gallon megapot 18"d x 14"h and a standard wort chiller? Do I need a bigger one for that size?:mug:
