    Strangly flat Pilsner

    Hi, I did a Pilsner last week, fairly straightforward, 3kg Pilsner, 1kg Vienna, 0.5 kg Cara-pils malts, big hop additions, 29g Pacific Jade at start of boil, 50g Santiam at end of boil, 100g of Cascade and 100g of Simcoe steeped during the mash/boil and added cold to the fermenter. I set the...

    Hi from New Zealand!

    You have to love brewing, the combinations of malts and hops are almost endless. Sometimes I get a bit carried away and have to remind myself that my aim is to go pro so I should settle down and get my core recipes fixed but there's just so much you can try! What an adventure! Cheers Mark
