    I have a domestic beer on tap right now, when i want to put one of my homebrews on tap how do I get an accurate reading from my distributor if the two beers on tap require different pressures, when I am using one regulator and one tank.

    start gravity

    I did my first batch of cider two weeks ago I took a hydrometer reading and came up with 1.060 is this accurate can you take gravity readings with store bought apple juice.

    losing carbonation

    white labs

    This is my second batch as a noob, my kit came with white labs liquid yeast it says on the vial: Remove yeast from fridge 3 -6 hours prior to pitching. Kettle is already boiling should i stop brewing or keep going and pitch whenever beer is ready.
