I understand getting a gravity reading and seeing if the yeast are finished....Now my question is would it be in my best interest to let this beer sit in the ferment bucket for about a month then bottle...

This is my first brew....I have bottled everything but kept a small sample out to try. I put it in the fridge to make it cold and it has a tang like taste. Could this beer be no good? Its a Belgium IPA....I took gravity reading before and after fermentation and all numbers matched what the box...

What does everyone use for sanitation for cleaning everything from boil tools down to bottling? I have a small packet of easy clean from LD Carlson but I need to buy more and looking for advice. Thanks

I got 2 4 gallon buckets for free today and I was wondering when I do my next batch would I see a difference in the beer if I were to split the wart into the 2 buckets and then evenly mix the yeast? or should I make sure I use a 5 gallon bucket and keep it all together? thanks in advance

Newbie to the whole beer making process....I've been getting into drinking micro brews within the past year and thought I would give it a try. I bought a home brew kit with a Belgium IPA. I am about a week in and I can see the fermentation process slowing down a little. I do not have a secondary...
