    Yeast help

    So I have a Wyeast package in the fridge that has been popped for about 3 weeks. Should I go ahead and make a starter with it or just leave it until I am ready? I have not had time and it was shipped popped from AHB. Thanks

    Whole hops

    How do you all add whole hops to the wort addition? Do you use a hop bag or just put them right in like you do with pellets? I would think a hop bag would be a lot less messy.
