    First Lager Fermentation Question

    I'm brewing my first attempt at a lager after 9 years brewing, and I want to know if I should be concerned.. I brewed a 1.057 OG Oktoberfest (all grain, mashed 150F for 90 min) with WLP833. Did a two step, two liters each starter and pitched in at 49F where it bubbled away for about 5 days...

    First Session attempt.. thoughts?

    So I threw together this recipe for a hoppy session APA (or whatever.) I've never attempted a very low ABV pale ale. What do you think about this?     Lurking no more!

    Been brewing off and on for six years, but really just now decided to start doing it right with temp control and all grain, and also finally getting over my desire to "kitchen sink" every recipe. I've gotten alot of good advice just lurking over the years and its time to <gulp> actually join up...
