    Ok someone fess up – who got the dod sculpture from Morebeer.

    I had seen that the deal of the day was a $4500 used stainless sculpture for $1500. That was at 3:20 am est. If it were not for the $1200 shipping I would have seriously considered it. At 8:30 am est it’s sold. Anyone here get it?

    Pellet hops during boil.

    Just wondering what everybody else does. So far I try to wash down the sides of the kettle with the stirring spoon during the boil to get the hop residue back into the wort as it boils. Does this matter or am I just wasting my time and that bit on the side of the kettle does not really matter as...

    New to kegging - how to seal ?

    First keg and no natural pressure after a week. Put 10 to 15 lb co2 on keg after the week and thought I was still loosing pressure- showed only 5lb next day. Turned it upside down for a day and nothing leaking out. Do you need to pressurize a keg with co2 to seal it when you are going for...

    whoo hoo just got a refractometer

    This thing is neet. Just a drop rather than filling a tube. Just coming back to homebrew after a 10 years since my last batch. Things have changed (for the good as I see it).
