    Strong hop smell after fermentation

    Any ideas on how to tone it down? A fellow brewer(gravity man) mentioned bottling with honey which I think is a good idea. You guys have any suggestions?

    Just looking for your opinions on vanilla in general? does it work well with beer or does give a funny flavor-- Im personally thinking on using some in my stout for a dark/light flavor. any thoughts?:mug:

    Ok, for my next beer-I want to do a cream stout---from extract Do any of you have a recipe? Im searching the net and will post my recipe when I figure out how Im going to do it, but thought you guys may have the recipe.:mug: and Im thinking of like 8.5% final alc. You guys think thats to much?

    Oh shyt--I goofed this time i think

    Any1 ever forget to add the hops during boiling? I did it this morning-- Boiled--put in fermentor--added water to 5 gallons--then turned around and saw my baggies of hops. FCKKKKKK. I then boiled the hops and added it. Please tell me itll be just fine:mug:

    cheapest burner

    Could someone direct me to a cheap burner? I am going to use it to boil 10 gallon batches in a keggle. TU for any help---I looked thru the forum and saw some for 70 bux or so, but are there any cheaper alternatives?
