What style of beer do you have trouble (or in the past) brewing?
For me, it was a good IPA. I fixed a few issues and now am content, but I'm curious what everyone else thinks their trouble beer is?
I've always liked these when others do them. I have an idea of what I want to do for my next beer (in 2 weeks) but am interested in what others will choose.
I will be making an Imperial IPA and will be using US-05.
The grain bill is any.
The hops available are:
1# Simcoe (12.1)
1# Amarillo...
... She's sick of me bottling. I know there are plenty of resources around to help me start kegging, but I was hoping some of you all could give me an ideal setup. I figure if she will let me, I should do it right.
Working toward making a dIPA this weekend. Thoughts?

I know how dumb this will sound, but is Sierra Nevada Ruthless Rye a good example of most rye beers?
I've had two beers involving rye and disliked them both. I'm okay with that, but want to be certain it is the rye that I'm disliking.
So, the wife is pregnant and we will be in San Diego mid June. The only way that I can get to a good brewery is to convince her with the promise of food.
Anyone have an opinion on San Diego brewery food? Preferably in the downtown or mission beach areas.

I'm just looking for some opinions here. I'm making a pale ale and am planning on using citra as one of my hops.
My other hops are Cascade, Amarillo (2013 crop), Mosaic and El Dorado.

Hello everyone. Sorry if someone else has asked for this or if it is a dumb thing to request.
There is a promotion going on (since early November) where Mountain Dew and Doritos are giving away an Xbox One Every2Minutes. I have amassed a decent amount of points but not enough yet to win one...
I am looking to brew myself a "Christmas" Nut Brown and have come up with a recipe I am likely going to try out. Any suggestions or critiques are welcome.

Hey fellow beer lovers. I'm new to making beer but eager to learn. I will be reading through most of the forum and searching for the best sources to help guide me along my way. Thanks for having a good community of brewers to help out us new folks.
