I brewed up my first batch since I quit brewing 15 or so years ago. I just put a batch of Caribou Slobber in my fermenter. Wish me luck and I will update you along the way. Just a 1 gallon batch to start with but have the equipment to do a 5 gallon run if I like it.

I am getting back in to home brewing after a 20 year hiatus. Will be ordering equipment this weekend and hope to have the first brew fermenting by next weekend. I am in McAllen, Texas and look forward to making new friends and learning from you all.
