    Table software

Anyone out there have good brew software on their tablet? I grabbed some cheappie/free ones for my Blackbery playbook. Pretty spare, but they work. I brew outside, having the tab saves time and hassle. I;d love to have Beersmith on my Blackberry.

Loss of hop flavor an aroma in kegs

I;ve made afew great IPA's lately and a really hoppy (aroma) Pale ale, all to have them loose their hop flavor and aroma as the kegs are emptied. Seems to be about half way down, whats started out as a hop "burst" just dropped off to nothing. I am thinking bottling would keep the aroma and...

Stinky Sulfur Smell in Lagers how to get rid...

I have been fermenting my lagers at around 154 degrees or so. I have been told to slowly bring the lagers up to room temp before keggin to get some of the sulfur smell (I dontknow if its sulfur, smells like it though) out of the brew. Well I did that on my vienna lager, and its still there...

    All American Wheat

My first all grain brew as a recipe from a book a "retired" home brewer gave me. It was a wheat beer, and I was really broke at the time. Hops were in full shortage so I splurged (??) for cascade hops. After all Cascade Wheat sure sounds refreshing, even if its not to style. Well, I...
