    Cider kinda sour after 3 weeks

    Hey, I started a batch of cider 3 weeks ago with store bought apple juice and I let it ferment dry and it sort of tastes dry. No apple flavor whatsoever. Will this make a turnaround so the flavour comes back out or can I backsweeten it?

    Is a yellow colour normal?

    I am fermenting store bought apple juice and so far it smells great, however a few days ago it turned yellow. I'm wondering am I right to be panicking or is this normal. It has now been fermenting a week and four days. Will this clear up and return to a brown colour?
