    Bottle carbing temperature question.

I've never really heard anyone talk about carbing temps. It's just a given that everyone carbs around 70. Is there any foreseeable problem with conditioning in the 75-80 range?

Is siphoning from carboy to bottling bucket enough to mix priming water?

I've always bottle primed because I didn't have a bottling bucket so this was never an issue. Now I have a bottling bucket.

Pitching onto yeast cake/ trub questions.

I've read about people doing this and am going to attempt to do it for the first time. Do I pour off the little bit of beer on top of the trub and pitch right onto it? Also, should I give the sides of the bucket a wipe with starsan and remove the krausen ring? Thanks
