    I'm looking too make cider in a bigger container than a demijohn, but cant get hold of a huge carboy. What can i use? I think I saw someone somewhere with a fermentation bucket with a airlock in it...

    First Ever Cider Brew.

    How much yeast will I need for cider? (just juice from the supermarket.. need too see whether I can get into homebrewing before i buy a press!) What type also?
