    Want to build a stir plate. Have a 12v DC 850ma fan from computer (3 wires, red, black, white) , power via AC Adapter with output of 12v DC 830ma.     Isinglass

    Kölsch style in secondary, FG constant for about a week. Used 2 part isinglass per directions. Much dropped out, but some remains suspended, looks like light colored snot, for lack of better description. First time I have used isinglass, want to know if this is normal.

    Excessive head

    Noobie, 1st attempt at a Blue Moon type of White. Stayed in primary until FG remained constant for 3 days. Bottled and put away for about a month. Tastes great, but when i pour, very slowly, i still get a massive head. Thick and creamy, settles in about 7-10 minutes.

    Newbie CO2 question

    I am starting to brew and want to eventually jump to kegging. How many kegs will a 5lb CO2 cylinder handle before needing a refill? I am referring to 5 gallon corny kegs.
