    I am making a coconut porter. I have 10oz of fresh coconut I was going to put into the boil my dilemma is to toast the coconut or not before adding into the boil? Ill drop at least 12oz into secondary toasted. It's a extract with specialty grains thanks

    Question about Coconut Usage

    So my next beer is going to be a extract with specialty grains coconut porter, I want a HUGE coconut flavor in the beer, can I use a can of coconut creme or coconut milk at flameout or during boil to help enhance the coconut flavor? I would then add the organic toasted coconut during secondary.

    Coconut Porter Mouthfeel?

    Okay so I'm about to brew a coconut porter extract with specialty grains, I would like a really creamy mouthfeel, what is the best technique or ingredient to use to get a nice creamy mouthfeel? Can I add something to the secondary or must it be with the boil?

    I just finished brewing my own chocolate stout this weekend it was extract with specialty grains did about 3oz of coco powder at flameout. Now I'd like to make this a coconut chocolate stout, should I add the toasted coconut in the secondary? Will the coconut flavor still come through?

    I am doing a brown ale, that has been in bottles for a full week at 70degrees in my closet. My question is how long do I need to bottle condition before I can chill and crack these babies open? I did a two week primary ad one week secondary.
