    acid malt

    i know this is a base grain but, is there anyway to steep this and make it work? i mean temp, time, whatever. i have no way to do pm right now, and i need to add a small amount to a guiness clone im working on. thanks for any help.

    do i have to buy oats for brewing, or can u just steep regular old run of the mill quaker oats. and if u can use ouaker can u use minute oats, or does that make a difference? thanks for any help

    fermentation length

    took off in less than six hours. ran good for 12 hours slowed down to 1 bubble a min in the next six hours and then stopped. nothing...not a single bubble in 3 days. never had 1 do this. safbrew-33 dry yeast. used this yeast a lot no problems. re-hydro...all my yeast. does this sound normal...

    safe to pitch

    extract brew. wort at 88 degrees. safbrew-33 yeast. was temp low enough to pitch. boiled in 2 gal. added to 3 gallon cold water. room temp 72 deg. will this cause a problem?

    help with malt
