I just got finished reading Mitch Steels book on IPAs and he mentioned adding your bittering hops straight to the mash. HAVE any BIAB brewers attempted this? Thoughts!
Hello this is my second batch of Homebrew its been in the primary for 14 days now i took a Gravity reading and its at 1.020 the recipe says that the FG should be at 1.012-1.014. my Question is if i leave it another week will it still go down.

I made a Pale Ale extract brew
6lbs pale extract
8oz Caramel 10L
8oz Caramel 40L
Apollo hops .4 oz
Cascade hops .7oz
Cascade hops 1.0oz
The instructions state to leave in the primary fermenter for 3 to 5 days and transfer to the Secondary after the bubbles in the airlock are less than 2...
