    Victory grains.

    I brewed biab batch using 10lbs pale 2row, 1.5 lbs victory, 1.25 lbs crystal 40, .75 lbs light munich and crystal 20. Hopped it heAvy. The wort appeared cloudy and still does in this pic? Is this maybe starch haze or the result of the victory? This is it in the carboy.

    Murky rust color?

    Brewed the sunday and the wort looked odd. Now its fermenting but has a weird rusty color. I did a biab and mashed for about 90 mins. I used 10 lbs 2row pale, 1.5 victory, 1.25 crystal 40 and .75 lbs lt munich and crystal 20.

    Hopping

    So im brewing tonight with inspiration being dales pale ale. If i hop at flameout do you get any utilization. Im trying to just get the aroma of the centennial at the end and possibly a small addition of ibus!? Suggestions appreciated!!!

    Cold crash

    I brewed a beer similar to a long trail double bag and have achieved my fg. I want to put it in the fridge for a week or two before botteling. Should i cold crash it before transferring it to the secondary?

    Help choosing a yeast

    Im attempting to brew a beer similar to long trails double bag but am stick with what yeast to use. Og will be around 1.074 and fg around 1.017. It will also be lagered at 34 for 2 weeks or so. What yeast should i use and how much for a 4 gallon batch?

    Splitboil or not?

    So ive decided to do biab as a precursor to mashing. I can get my strike water of 7 gallons to the mash temperature but when i attemp to boil its weak. If i sit the mash into 2 vessels i can get a good boil. What should i do!!??

    So i live im a small apt int the city. Brewing outside isnt really an option. My stovetop has two 9000 btu and two 6000 btu gas burners.     Repitch?

    So I'm a noob and need help. Fermentation was going outstanding from 5 hours in until 48 hours. Now activity is almost completely halted. Should I repitch and if so does rep itching effect the final flavor of the brew?

    so this is my first attempt at brewing and am curious to know ifthe stopper bubbling once every 8-10 seconds 7 hours in is acceptable. its a pale ale .
