    adding a drip tray with drain to bar? Clearance?

    I am in the process of building a new bar in my house. I want to add a drip tray with a drain for my keg. How do I make this happen if the tap is directly above the keg fridge. I do not see how there will be enough room under the granite counter to run a drain if the keg fridge basically...

    tasting after bottling

    Let's say it has been 2 months after you bottle your wine and you are curious to see how it is aging. You open a bottle, it is still not right. Can you re-cork it and let it age longer? Also, why not bottle up a few of the small airplane size bottles of the wine, so you can just open up...

    First post! WooHooo Also new to wine making. WoooHooo. Anyway, just curious as to how many bottles you are brewing up per year. I can see this getting addictive (and expensive) but fun. John from NJ
