    Airing cupboard once bottled coopers lager?

    Is the airing cupboard too hot to put the coopers lager after bottling, I've had it in my bedroom in the box for a week, I've put my thermometer strip on 1 of the bottles and its mainly on 18 degrees... Would it be too hot if I put them in the airing cupboard or would it be ok??

    Coopers home brew kit, FG reading before bottling

    The coopers home brew lager kit instructions says to take a Hydrometer reading on day 6 and then to bottle when the reading stays the same for 2 days, I had a reading of 1.016 yesterday and 1.014 today (day 7) what should I be expecting the reading to stabilize at and how long should it take??

    Hi all, yesterday i started my coopers lager kit for the 1st time, its been nearly 24 hours and I'm worried, is the white ish substance around the bottom normal??
