    Hello fellow brewers, I'll be in Greensboro tomorrow and Monday night. I'll be busy all day so no drinking then. However, the evenings will be open for beer consumption. Where should I go, within taxi distance, for some good beers. Thanks for the help. Cheers, Dale

    Bottle Sanitizing

    Hello Brewers!, Quick question. Do you star-San bottles immediately before bottling or do you just make sure they are good and clean? I appreciate any feed back. Cheers, Dale

    Yeast issue

    I ordered some wyeyeast from NB and when I got it the package was inflated. I believe it didn't stay cold enough. I put it in the fridge but no change. So do I need to buy more yeast or can that be used? Thanks brewers.

    Keg or bottle

    So I've made one batch of beer so far. I have noted washing/cleaning bottles to be a bit of a pain. Plus I had a hell of a time getting my beer to carb up. Is kegging easier? Interested in hearing from a few experienced guys. I'm experienced in drinking the beer. New to making it. Thanks for...

    Hello from Eastern NC

    New to the site. New @ brewing. Did a batch of American Ale and it turned out all right. Although it took FOREVER to carbonate. Thinking kegging it would be easier than bottling. Any insight from some seasoned brewers would be much appreciated. Good luck and brew on!
